National Write a Novel in a Month Many of The Jackpine Writers' Bloc writers particitpate in NANOWRIMO and the reasons are endless! To actively participate in one of our era's most enchanting art forms! To write without having to obsess over quality. To be able to make obscure references to passages from our novels at parties. To be able to mock real novelists who dawdle on and on, taking far longer than 30 days to produce their work.

Nanowrimo is the next event. Deb will again be holding a class: We meet on Tuesday evenings in the PRB high school, learn some tips and tricks of the trade, help each other through our projects, and have fun! Email cordria@hotmail.com with questions. Sign up through Troy Gregory at prbschools.org or just feel free to show up on Tuesday, Nov 1st. Cost is $10 to help fund future community education projects.
